Julia Seven miles today. Ran 4 and then Turk took me for 3 more. That takes me to 2013, looking forward to retirement. Dec 2013 marks 20 years in the AF, that went fast! No miles this weekend, I'll be logging hallway miles at work. -

Julia Three this afternoon with melting snow. Now at 2006, the year we moved to South Carolina! -

Julia Three on a very cold morning with Turk, stinkin' beggar! Forgot to clock yesterday's year. 2000, the year I came back stateside from Korea and fell in love with IL. Now I am at 2003, the year things got better and I started dating BILL! -

Julia Seven miles on the treadmill this morning. It's finally winter outside here! -

Julia Three today taking me to 1993. The year I joined the Air Force and what I like to call the best decision of my life! 18 years later still lovin' it! -

Julia Three this chilly afternoon with Turk and I gave myself one for this morning's step class. Takes me to 1990, the year my bro graduated from high school and I tried out for dance team and left tennis team behind. Lots of changes and growing up that year! -

Julia Yeah, I meant to write St James, just have better memories of St Andrew's I guess! Looks like we have another walker/runner posting with us now! We're making progress, almost to 6000 miles now! -

Julia Four miles today taking us up to 1986, I believe that is the year I started tennis lessons and finished up 6th grade. Made it through three years pulling out of the Breezy parking lot without falling out of the car again :) -

Julia We only went 2 today. Just wasn't feelin' it. But we are at 1982 miles so I'll say a memory of that year. That is the year I changed from St. Andrew's school and started Jefferson Elementary. Didn't stay there long, but that was my favorite school of all the ones I attended. -

Julia Walked three with Turk yesterday on another gorgeous day. Working today so I'll get plenty of walking in the hallways. -

Julia Great weather today. Ran 6 miles and it should have been easier with this perfect weather. I guess I need to do another 6 mile trainer before increasing miles next weekend. Also got 2 in with Turk and Bill for a walk this morning. -

Julia No miles today, I was super lazy. But I ate 2 hotdogs with my friend Jessie tonight so I am sure I'll be motivated in the morning! Great dogs though :) Last day to run in Charleston for a few months so I better get my run on in the AM! -

Julia 5 mile run today in 70 degree Charleston weather! -

Julia Ran 5 yesterday for PT. Feels good to be in Charleston and running in the warmer weather! -

Julia Pulled out 7 miles today. Turk and I walked 3 and then I went for 4 more on my own. Bill headed to see his dad and Turk and I are enjoying some much needed time after a full work week! -

Julia Hour of spin this morning before work. I am so glad it is Friday! Need to have some time off from power point presentations. Two more days of orientation and then off the Charleston for a week. Then hit the floor and get my healing on! -

Julia It's snowing. Turk is begging for a walk and I am electing to sit on the couch! -
