Hated to mess up the double aces and two sevens in my walking number, but really, after ten miles I want to log the effort. 10 in the rain -- that slow comfortable rain that doesn't soak you all the way through, just dampens the sweatshirt and drips down the face. -

Bested myself today. Thank God for sunny skies. Even in the cold they're a cheerful sight. We only have 65 more miles to 6000. -

Wimpy two miles blowing around the neighborhood. I think it's treadmill time here also. -

One mile for this week's two yoga classes and just to make the numbers even 1166. I can't remember what I was doing that year but surely something important was going on -- oh yeah, they threw me off the dance team because my belly dancing outfit wasn't seductive enough. Life is good at any age! -

Seconmd training stretch 9 miles for three hours -- the time I'm sure on but I'm wishing the miles are a bit more than just nine. Memories: Was That St. James Catholic you are remembering? -

More road tinme between basketball games. Too bad my miles netted me more than all their dribbles. Guess I took one for the teams. -

9 plus 6 took Diamond head in two starts: first one all the way around the mountain, second day into the crater and up. So it's fifteen but up the mountain was not a "walk in the park." -

Three for Ephiphany and the belief that we can always be inspired to try new things, have new adventures, and make new friends. The friends today were mostly gnats. Can you believe gnats in January? -

Just easing my butt out the door. What a couch potato I've been. Time to get serious about March 3rd. -

Couch potatoe finally got herself beck on the track -- had to; the new dr.'s tech called and said "Your cholesterol is out of control!" the doc is sending stronger meds. I guess all that chocolate is making itself heard. -
